Event Details
Dive into the world of video games at the San Diego Public Library’s 3rd annual Game Jam! Learn the basics of game development and design, then collaborate in teams to build your own game using Godot, RenPy, or Scratch. During the Game Jam, teams can work together remotely and/or in person to complete their projects and can attend optional drop-in sessions for instructor support. Games will be showcased and compete for prizes at the end of the jam.
Software and equipment provided.
No experience is required.
Registration is required.
*Participants must attend either Instructional Session A or B on the first day of the program*

- Wednesday, July 30, 2025 @ 3:00 PM – 4:30 PM
- Thursday, July 31, 2025 @ 3:00 PM – 4:30 PM
- Friday, August 1, 2025 @ 3:00 PM – 4:30 PM
[Participants may consider staying after the instructional sessions to collaborate with their teams.]
