The topic for this month is Vegan Thanksgiving! Learn how to put a healthy twist on Thanksgiving with recipes for mock turkey, vegan stuffing, mashed potatoes and gravy.
Learn how delicious a plant-based diet can be in this partial "hands-on" cooking class. This program is offered on the 2nd Sunday of each month. Supplies are limited, so registration is required.
