The topic for this month is Vegan Pie Baking! Learn how to make a pie crust from scratch that you can use to bake both sweet & savory pies including quiches, vegan chick'n pot pie, traditional fruit pies, and empanadas.
Learn how delicious a plant-based diet can be in this partial "hands-on" cooking class. This program is offered on the 2nd Sunday of each month. Supplies are limited, so registration is required.
