Learn how delicious a plant-based diet can be in this partial "hands-on" cooking class. This program is offered on the 2nd Sunday of each month. Supplies are limited, so registration is required.
The topic for this month is Vegan Seafood. Try amazing and delicious No-Fish Battered Baja Tacos (made with fillet of zucchini) and Vegan Ceviche (made with hearts of palm), and survey a variety of new vegan seafood recipes and products. Dessert will be Sand Dollar Almond Cookies.
