Learn how delicious a plant-based diet can be in this partial "hands-on" cooking class. This program is offered on the 2nd Sunday of each month. Supplies are limited, so registration is required.
The topic for this month is Veggie Burgers 101. Attendees will make veggie burger sliders from scratch with samples of some of the commercial brands available. Dessert is included: we will bake and decorate vegan chocolate cupcakes.
