Visit us at the 3rd floor Partner Services Desk! Every Wednesday, 10am-12pm & 12:30-4:30pm 

Health Care for the Homeless with Family Health Centers of San Diego can help you 

  • schedule appointments (medical, dental, vision, mental health, SUD)
  • connect you with a health enrollment specialist to apply for Medi-Cal 
  • provide CA ID waivers
  • refer you to other resources in the community such as food pantries, employment services, shelters, veteran and senior resources 

Appointments not required. 

Please note that Health Care for the Homeless will have adjusted hours on 5/25/22, 6/8/22, and 7/13/22: 10am-12pm & 1pm-3pm.
