Event Details

The Diabetes Empowerment Education Program (DEEP) is a free six week course from October 12, 2017 to November 16, 2017.  Participants will learn tips and tricks for meal planning, gain tools to control their blood sugar, and set goals and solve problems to make positive changes.  The program will be of benefit to anyone with diabetes or prediabetes, family members or caregivers of someone with diabets, and Medicare beneficiaries over age 65.   Classes will be held in a small group setting led by peers trained in diabetes self-management.
