Program Description

Event Details

This is a gentle paced class combining breath work and postures (asanas) to relax, heal and stretch the back. This all-level class will include many postures that focus on all areas of the back, while building strength in the legs. It will end with a restorative posture and guided meditation. Please bring a mat or large towel and a hand towel to class. **Brought to you by the Friends of the Benjamin Branch Library **
