Do you want to learn how to integrate more fruits, vegetables and whole grains into your diet, in a way that is tasty and doesn't leave you feeling deprived of the foods you want? Sign-up for our hands-on cooking classes. We will teach primary vegetarian based recipes designed to promote more whole food and healtier options for your everyday life. This time we will focus on cooking food from what you clean out of the pantry!
