The free talk introduces the benefits of a vegetarian lifestyle to healthy living. Many consider a vegetarian diet for the health benefits; however other aspect includes improving our physical well-being and the connection with the food we eat. Lecture includes how vegetarian diets improve physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health. Additional topics explored will include how to get protein from vegetarian products as well as how to prepare and eat a balanced diet. Lecture will be in Spanish.
