Do you want to learn how to integrate more fruits, vegetables and whole grains into your diet, in a way that is tasty and doesn’t leave you feeling deprived of the foods you want?  Sign-up for our hands-on cooking classes.  We will teach primary vegetarian based recipes designed to promote more whole food and healthier options for your everyday  life.  This class will focus on recipes that use five ingredients or less.  Space is limited.  Registration is required.  .
