11:00 am | How To Serve Your Community Through Connections Presenter: Shikha Rastogi | Many of us live very lonely lives and long for real connections, but in the age of technology people are connecting on a superficial level. Learn how to make those connections to thrive as a human being and as a community! Young adults and older (45 mins)

11:00 am | How To Start an Exercise Routine for Youth and the Young at Heart Presenter: Mark Chapon | Learn about the benefits of exercise and different types of foundational exercises that build muscle strength, a healthy heart, and coordination. Elementary through Older Adults. (45 mins)

11:30 am | How To Make Your Own Fun at Home: Playdough and Bubbles Presenter: Alyson Stewart | Learn how to make your own homemade playdough and bubble solution. All ages. (20 mins)

12:00 pm | How To Draw Characters from “Avengers: Endgame” Presenter: Janet Yeager | Learn how to draw cartoon versions of favorite characters from Avengers: Endgame. All ages are welcome, and adults are encouraged to take part in this program. Parent assistance is required for children age 8 and under. (45 mins)

12:00 pm | How To be Safe Around Water Presenter: Andi Hunziker | Learn skills that will help keep you safe around water and prevent emergencies and understand how to respond if one happens. All ages. (45 mins)

12:30 pm | How To Plant Succulents in Unusual Containers Presenter: Isabel Hess | Learn to arrange and plant succulents in unusual containers. Everyone will design and take home their own unique creation!  Bring a favorite container or use one of ours. Elementary and older. (20 mins)

1:00 pm | How To Code with Arduino Presenter: Moumita Si Pallachulla | Learn how to code with Arduino to develop the technological skills needed to enter the world of Robotics, Internet of Things (IOT), Smart Cars, Home Automation and more.  Watch the demo or bring your own laptop and get hands-on. Elementary through Young Adults; ages 7-17. (45 mins)

1:00 pm | How To Do Meditation for Beginners Presenter: Vadiraj Haribal | Learn “Isha Kriya” a simple 12-18-minute meditation practice. Adults. (45 mins)

1:00 pm | How To Design Your Own Family Board Game Presenter: Laura Hofmann | Designing your own family board game is a fun, creative, and useful project that you can make, and then PLAY with your whole family for years to come. Using your imagination, and free, repurposed, recycled, or low-cost items, you can make a game that is educational, personalized, or based on a specific theme of interest. Handmade games make a treasured gift and become heirloom keepsakes. What game will you design? All ages. (20 mins)

1:30 pm | How To Dance Salsa Presenter: Liz Tarnove | Introduction to basic salsa dance steps and dancing!  All ages. (20 mins)

2:00 pm | How To Have an Effective and Doable Yoga Practice at Home Presenter: Rebecca Dennis | Learn four yoga poses, breathwork, and a concentration exercise that will be easy to do at home.  Ages 14 and older. (45 mins)

2:00 pm | How To Present a Kamishibai Story Presenter: Walter Ritter | Learn Kamishibai, a little-known but highly effective way to tell a story to a group of people, particularly children.  All ages. (20 mins)

2:30 pm | How To Make Magic Wand Pretzels Presenter: Adrianne Peterson | Make your own edible magic wand with pretzels, frosting and more!  All ages. (20 mins)
