Do you feel constantly overwhelmed or stressed?  This workshop will help you understand what’s happening in the brain to cause excessive worry.  A Cognitive Coach from Brain Balance will help you practice ways to manage your anxiety.  Participants will work on a creative project as part of this workshop. 

This workshop is designed for adults ages 18 and up. No reservations are required.
