Humanity Showers

August 20 — October 15, 2022

The San Diego Public Library’s Visual Arts program is pleased to host portraiture of the unsheltered captured by Jordan Verdin. Documented through his Dignity on the Streets project intended to bring awareness of Humanity Showers and how to support unseen communities, Jordan’s art demonstrates dignity, compassion, and kindness to our unsheltered. The project is a grassroots effort, staffed 100% by volunteers, and is a 501c3 non-profit. 300 clients have been photographed in North County, San Diego, primarily in Carlsbad and Oceanside, CA.
