Event Details

Before TV & comic books existed in Japan, there was kamishibai, or storybox theater.  Stories were told by a narrator and illustrations displayed on a box.  Kamishibai will now be offered at our branch once a month!  This event is presented by Write Out Loud.  Because this program will be held outdoors, attendees should dress accordingly.  Parents are strongly encouraged to bring towels or blankets for seating.  This event is appropriate for children ages 3-8. Please note that the December 8 program will be held on the North Patio.
