Find Mindfulness in LEGO: New Year, New Me

Event Details

Through hands-on activities using LEGO® bricks, children would be encouraged to express their feelings and ideas through LEGO®. We will explore several topics such as family, emotion, self-concept, friendship, etc. during the play sessions. Topics can also be child-driven and determined by the participants. In our "New Year, New Me" session, we will focus on exploring achievable goals while enhancing self-concepts.

The instructor is a certified LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® facilitator.

 

For ages 8 - 12. Registration required.
