LGBTQ+ Teen Writing Group

Join us on the 3rd Monday of every month for a low stakes, inclusive writing group for teens who identify as LGBTQ+.

Read short pieces, generate some writing based on prompts, share your work, or discuss the work you've read.

Express yourself, be exposed to work by queer and trans authors, and connect with others in a safe and empowering space.

Presented by local author Mac Crane. Mac Crane is an editor, educator, and the author of the novels, A Sharp Endless Need and I Keep My Exoskeletons to Myself, which won a LAMBDA Literary Award for Speculative Fiction.
