Love on a Leash: Paws to Read

Event Details

A volunteer pet-provided therapy group brings specially trained dogs into the Mira Mesa Library.  Children have an opportunity to meet the dogs and read their favorite stories to them.  This national reading program is shown to improve reading skills of children who might otherwise be intimidated to read in front of adults.
