What is soil? And how can i have better plants with the soil I've got? How soil is formed, what's in it, how can make it better and why food soil leads to a better environment for you and your neighborhood.  How to amend soil, why better why better soil has microbes and organisms to help soil become more efficient in supplying nutrients to our plants, and how important the quality of soil is to ecology of your community (more insects, move birds, etc.).
