Event Details

We all have unique wishes for our future health care; care we may want to have and that which we may not want. This workshop will explain selection of a Health Care Agent, the Advance Health Care Directive and POLST (Physician Orders for Life Sustaining Treatment) documents. Palliative and Hospice Care and the California End of Life Option Act, passed in June, 2016, will be included in the discussion. Presented by Barbara Bailey.
