Event Details

Eating healthfully isn't just about the ingredients!  Learn to understand the importance of implementing mindfulness when you eat, and recognize that being connected to food will benefit many different behaviors.  In this course, you will also learn the benefits of eating more slowly, being present when eating, how external factors can interfere with your awareness, and how to recognize your hunger signals.
