Practical dietary suggestions will be offered to help you to answer frequently asked questions about diet and heart health, including: What’s the skinny on fats? Is butter better? What about coconut oil? Are eggs heart healthy? Is there a connection between blood sugar control and heart health? Will increasing my fiber intake reduce my risk of heart disease? Tips will be provided for calculating your fat, fiber, and sugar intake, as well as guidelines for identifying heart healthy fats.
