The Old Globe is producing an extra-giant production in summer 2023 of Shakespeare's Henry VI trilogy. The show's creative team has built opportunities for community members to learn about and potentially participate in this production in different ways such as stage design, play research, and Shakespeare acting. 

Join San Diego Public Library for the first phase of this project, Playing Henry, a unique introductory 10-week workshop series, where participants will create personal work that engages with the play through fun exercises, warm-up games, and creative writing prompts, culminating with a presentation of participants’ dramatic writings

This is a free program intended for adults and older teens.
