San Diego Public Library is moving to a new online event calendar. Starting March 1, online room reservations will be paused.

Paws for Reading

Event Details

Children can read aloud to trained and certified therapy dogs.  “Paws for Reading” is designed to help children improve their reading skills and confidence in reading out loud.  All therapy dogs are provided courtesy of Love on a Leash, a foundation for pet-provided therapy. Children ages 8 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
