Join our step-by-step workshop to gain more experience and knowledge about portraiture and learn about traditional painting techniques while adoring your favorite furry friend!

Please bring a printed photo of your pet that you will trace to the workshop or email a picture of your pet to kristina@artreachsandiego.org before Sept 27th. 

Bio: Laurie Rae is a freelance illustrator and Teaching Artist at ArtReach. Trained as a classical figurative artist (BFA, 2016), Laurie often works in traditional mediums such as oils, charcoal, graphite and watercolor. She is a big time dog mom herself and knows how important a furry friend means to family. Her technical skills and love for animals is the perfect mix to help guide you paint your very own pet portrait!
