Vote to select which award-winning film honoring Women's History Month we'll show on our big screen on Friday, March 27th at 2pm!  You can vote by 3/13 in-person at the Circulation Desk or online on our Facebook poll.  Select from:

  • The Hours (2002, PG-13, 114 minutes)
    • Three women cope with sadness and dissatisfaction with their lives in this tale of Virginia Woolf, a '50's housewife, and a contemporary book editor. 
  • The Women (1939, NR, 132 minutes)
    • A cabal of catty and chatty high-society women chime in on the affairs of a cuckolded wife and mother dealing with an adulterous husband.  An adaptation of Clare Booth Luce's Broadway hit.

The PB Library screens free films on the 2nd and 4th Fridays of most months.  Free popcorn is served.
