Program Description

Event Details

Jewish Family Service of San Diego will be presenting this engaging and restorative workshop that creates a space for queer community members and activists to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and care for their nervous system. Through self-soothing exercises, interactive group discussions, and shared reflection, we will explore the emotional impact of activism and what it means to show up for ourselves with compassion. This workshop centers rest, connection, and community care as essential parts of the journey.
