Gordon Kohl: Accordian Extraordinaire 

Gordon Kohl is a renowned and accomplished accordionist and teacher of the acoustic reed and electronic accordion. The mix of a reed sound with an infinite array of digital instruments keeps his performances in demand. Gordon is one of the leading professionals in applying sound sets of orchestral instruments to an original solo. With nearly 40 years of professional experience he has produced several accordion instruction books and CDs.

The Discovery Concert Series was created to expand the opportunity for talented area musicians to perform in public. Many of the performers are also music educators and will enhance the programs by offering insights into the music, the composers and the performers.
