This class is about learning to relax through mindfulness.
Attending to your thoughts may be the last thing you would think of as a means to relax. This is because our minds are always thinking, busy with something and that relentless energy is what causes you to be stressed, worried, constantly thinking about the future or the past. Most of us believe that getting rid of thoughts is the way to a calm and peaceful mind.
YOU ARE NOT ENTIRELY WRONG! The key is how to do it.
