Event Details

New summer schedule! Science Club will start at 5:00pm and be held at the Officer Jeremy Henwood Memorial Park, for July and August. The park is next to the library. Have you ever wondered what it would be like to live on the Moon? Today, we'll build NASA Moon Habitats with newspaper. Yes, newspaper! Science Club is for 3rd through 6th graders who are interested in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics). Each week kids engage in a new and fun hands-on/minds-on activity exploring a wide range of subjects. Younger kids are welcome with both adult supervision and assistance with the activity.
