Does your pet need to be neutered/spayed?  SNAP Neuter Scooter will be available at the Otay Mesa-Nestor Library's parking lot.  Free Spay and Neuter for dogs and cats belonging to residents of Otay Mesa 92154 and San Ysidro 92173.

"SPAY SOUTH" is a project funded by SD Board of Supervisors.  Services are provided by your friends at the Spay-Neuter Action Project with today's clinic on the Neuter Scooter.
