Does your pet need to be neutered/spayed?  SNAP Neuter Scooter will be available at the Otay Mesa-Nestor Library's parking lot.  Free Spay and Neuter for dogs and cats belonging to residents of Otay Mesa 92154 and San Ysidro 92173.

"SPAY NESTOR" is a project funded by PetSmart Charities.  Services are provided by your friends at the Spay-Neuter Action Project with today's clinic hosted by the Otay Mesa Branch Library.
