"Uke" Can Read--Young Readers Strum, Sing & Learn!
7 Week Ukulele and Literacy Program for Ages 5-9

Saturdays, 10:00-10:45am
February 21--April 4 

Join us  for a joyful 7-week music and literacy program for children ages 5-9 and their families.

  • Explore letter sounds and blends through strumming, reading, and singing
  • Strengthen decoding and spelling by reading and writing song lyrics
  • Identify familiar letters and words within song text
  • Build reading comprehension through lyric discussion and interpretation
  • Play with synonyms, antonyms, and homophones with original songs

No Musical Experience Necessary
