Meditation and Music with Chris Burns.  It’s said that music nourishes our emotional and cognitive health. During this hour of meditation accompanied by music from a variety of genres, you’ll experience absolute peace.

Join the Zumba craze! Find out what makes this fun workout such a hit. A towel and bottled water are recommended for our Zumba sessions.

Enjoy stories read aloud or acted out, and singing songs, all geared toward building the skills necessary for success in kindergarten.

This 3rd Saturday of the month storytime is made available for working parents and their babies, toddler, preschoolers up to ages 5.
