Chair Yoga promotes stretching, strengthening and improves balance, flexibility and mobility, enhances mental clarity and helps reduce stress, and provides peace and relaxation.
A program that fuses Latin rhythms with easy-to-follow moves. The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt while burning fat.
Weekly projects are designed to introduce various art techniques and inspire creative process.
New Tech Tutoring
Bring a yoga mat and water, wear comfortable clothing, and be prepared to remove your shoes. Ages 14 and older are welcome.
Early literacy lapsit storytime with music, fingerplays and books. Encourages language learning and cognitive development for young babies. Gives parents an opportunity to meet other parents while babies socialize and play.
Instructors are from Silver Age Yoga. Every class utilizes chairs but please bring your own exercise mat if desired. No reservations required.
