This monthly legal referral and advocacy clinic is for men and women experiencing homelessness. The program provides free access to an attorney in a comfortable and confidential setting.

Instructors are from Silver Age Yoga.  Every class utilizes chairs but please bring your  own exercise mat if desired.  No reservations required.

If you have a love for writing and would like to develop your skills, this workshop is an excellent place for you. You will write short stories and poetry, share your work with others and discover other's work.

Designed for children ages 1-5, this program consists of songs and movement activities that reinforce early learning, build motor skills, and encourage independence.  We’ll sing, wiggle, shake, and move along to a full playlist of music.
