A guided meditation based on Buddhist wisdom to find happiness and peace in daily life.
Easy and gentle yoga moves while sitting or standing next to a chair and focusing on breathing techniques and slow movements. This is an ideal class for those with limited mobility. Chair yoga is held on the 2nd & 4th Wednesdays.
