Family Craft Day - Lunar New Year Paper Lantern
Registration is required and will start on December 29 at noon. Space is limited. This class is designed for children ages 4-10 and their parent(s) or caregiver(s). Please register under the name of the child.
Tai Chi Moving for Better Balance (Tai Ji Quan) has been shown to improve balance and mobility and reduce the risk of falls. People of all ability levels are welcome. This class can be conducted from a seated or standing position.
