This is the perfect class for all those mini-movers out there! It’s filled with creative movement, lots of fun music and dance games.
Tai Chi Moving for Better Balance (Tai Ji Quan) has been shown to improve balance and mobility and reduce the risk of falls. People of all ability levels are welcome. This class can be conducted from a seated or standing position. 
Come join us for a painting class! This month we will be doing a still life. All materials will be provided. For all skills and abilities. Ages 12 and under welcomed with accompanying caregiver.
