Each class includes breathing practices (pranayama), postures rooted in functional movement (asana), and relaxation (savasana). All movements and exercises aim to strengthen the body and mind. These classes are open to all ages, all levels.
A class combining sitting and standing yoga exercises, working on muscle strength and balance. We'll be learning some elements of QiGong, self-massage, deep breathing, followed with meditation at the end.

Have you been a player of Dungeons and Dragons but have never been the Dungeon Master?
Participants MUST bring their own laptop/Chromebook. Students ages 10-16 will engage in an exciting, hands-on robotics program to help them prepare to take part in FIRST robotics competitions.
Students will exercise the whole body, including weight lifting, stretching, improving balance, mobility and flexibility.
