Baby Dance Party with Dance to Evolve!

A 45-minute Storytime for young children including books and music with the addition of American Sign Language signs with Jennifer Duncan from Signs at Play.
Using a chair for support, you can practice yoga and receive the benefits of improved circulation, flexibility, and mobility, as well as calm your mind and renew your energy.
The Daytime Book Club meets monthly to discuss the selected title - interesting and fun conversations ensue!

Each class includes breathing practices (pranayama), postures rooted in functional movement (asana), and relaxation (savasana). All movements and exercises aim to strengthen the body and mind. These classes are open to all ages, all levels.
A class combining sitting and standing yoga exercises, working on muscle strength and balance. We'll be learning some elements of QiGong, self-massage, deep breathing, followed with meditation at the end.
Mindful meditation helps us become aware of what is already true moment by moment. It teaches us how to be unconditionally present, no matter what it is.

Join us for a fun family evening of Lotería! Lotería is a traditional game of chance, similar to bingo, but using images on a deck of cards instead of numbered ping pong balls.
