Each class includes breathing practices (pranayama), postures rooted in functional movement (asana), and relaxation (savasana). All movements and exercises aim to strengthen the body and mind. These classes are open to all ages, all levels.

This class provides students with an understanding of the Breath-Mind-Body dynamic and its relationship to health and wellness during the aging process. Students learn breathing techniques for self-care, mental resilience, and physical relax
Focuses on the use of art as a creative expression and a therapeutic process. Utilizes a variety of art media to promote self-expression, to develop coping skills, and to mediate emotional and physical challenges and limitations.
