Take time for yourself and indulge in self-care. As part of our wellness programming, Gentle Yoga goes live on the SDPL Virtual Hub on Facebook on the 2nd & 4th Sundays of the month. No experience or special yoga blocks are required—just find comfortable mat, a quite room and make some space to start.

Gentle Yoga starts at 9 a.m. and you can drop in, no registration needed. Just follow the link to join in when it starts!
