Come learn chemistry with Projext NexTech!

Students will learn about key concepts of chemistry through labs and experiments, including molecular structure, types of reactions, and more!

Do you need help learning how to use a computer, smart phone, or tablet?  Our Tech on the Go program supports San Diegans who need IT assistance.

Visit the library on Saturday & create a terrific craft. All supplies provided! 

Join us every Saturday from 10am-noon for Lego and Rokenbok Club! Patrons will be able to build at their own pace.

We will provide a lego square to build on and patrons can continue to build on it week after week.

LEGO Free Play: Imagine and build with LEGO! Keep your engineering and problem-solving skills sharp using the library's LEGO bricks.

Beginner friendly computer-aided design (CAD) projects such as keychains and simple geometric models. 3D printing available during class. Open to all school aged children. No previous experience necessary. No reservations needed. 

The Carmel Valley Library will be celebrating National Puzzle Day by hosting a Puzzle Mania Day where you can spend the afternoon as a dissectologist. Spend the afternoon piecing together jigsaw puzzles from the community.

Join us for a special One Book, One San Diego event just for kids in grades 3–6!

Join visual artist Stacie Greene and make your own colorful Story Quilt!  Use construction paper and markers to draw a picture. Then glue quilt-like squares — rectangles, squares and triangles -- as a border around your picture.

The Tierrasanta Library Adult Coloring Club is a group that gathers to color for relaxation and creativity. We meet in-person every Saturday afternoon, offering a space for social interaction and sharing artistic expressions.

String FUNdamentals (Violin, Beginning Level) – Level II, Ages 5-7

Join us for an hour of crocheting at the library! You can use our supplies, or bring your own projects. Ask questions, learn the basics, or talk to other crocheters while practicing the craft.
