Learn how simple changes can help protect you against cancer. Cancer is a leading cause of death in Americans, second only to heart disease. Many cancers are lifestyle-related, not age-related, and therefore might be avoidable. These ten steps are simple and will add to your overall good health.

About the speaker: Philip Goscienski, M.D., retired from the Navy with the rank of captain and was head of the Infectious Diseases Branch in the Department of Pediatrics at the Naval Regional Medical Center in San Diego. A former clinical professor of pediatrics at the UCSD School of Medicine, he continues to teach medical students on a volunteer basis.
