Are you ready to party yourself into shape? Zumba® combines a high-energy cardiovascular workout with pulsating Latin music into a fun, calorie burning experience.

Learn how to code using the Python programming language in this 10 week course.  No prior programming experience is necessary!  Python is an extremely elegant language, great for novices and pros alike.

Aryn Rannazzisi leads a gentle paced class combining breath work and postures to promote strength, flexibility and balance. This all-level class will include inversions, backbends and sun salutations.

A gentle, slow-paced yoga with Patti Bozorgchami. Learn simple breathing exercises and relaxation techniques.
