Aryn Rannazzisi leads a gentle paced class combining breath work and postures to promote strength, flexibility and balance. This all-level class will include inversions, backbends and sun salutations.

Chair yoga is a general term for practices that modify yoga poses so that they can be done while seated in a chair. The chair helps eliminate strain on your joints while increasing stability & balance.

The Classics Book Club meets every other month to discuss great works of literature. Discussions are led by a different group member each month. Titles are voted on by the group at the beginning of the year. 

Learn how to draw cartoons!  Each session will feature a different animated, live action, or literary character.  Although this class is geared for kids, all ages are welcome to participate! 

Mind/Body Fitness provides a way for older adults and people with disabilities to practice yoga and mindfulness. It is a great practice for everyone, as it deepens flexibility and strengthens personal body awareness.  Every Tuesday.

Stories can really get you moving!  An elementary teacher/yoga instructor helps kids unwind with a storytime that incorporates books, songs, scarves and movement.  Please bring a mat or towel.  Ages 3-8.  Every Tuesday.
