A presentation of Japanese style storytelling called Kamishibai, which combines the use of hand drawn visuals with the engaging narration of a live presenter. A delightful story time for children.

Chair yoga is a general term for practices that modify yoga poses so that they can be done while seated in a chair. The chair helps eliminate strain on your joints while increasing stability & balance.

Mind/Body Fitness provides a way for older adults and people with disabilities to practice yoga and mindfulness. It is a great practice for everyone, as it deepens flexibility and strengthens personal body awareness.  Every Tuesday.
