As part of our wellness programming, Mindful Meditation goes live on the SDPL Virtual Hub on Facebook on the 1st & 3rd Sundays of the month.

According to the Mayo Clinic, "If stress has you anxious, tense and worried, consider meditation. Spending even a few minutes in meditation can restore your calm and inner peace." Every Saturday except the 1st Saturday of the month.

Join Ms. Mei for a thrilling Chinese language storytime ride!  Preschoolers will be treated to tales told with gusto and will have the opportunity to sing with other children in the storytime group!

Chair yoga is a general term for practices that modify yoga poses so that they can be done while seated in a chair. The chair helps eliminate strain on your joints while increasing stability & balance.

Share ideas and improve your skills or maybe even learn how to do a craft!  Knitting, crocheting, needlepoint, and jewelry-making are the current favorites, but new crafts often join the mix. Never crafted before? That's okay too!

The Jolla World Tea Enthusiasts is a club run by people who love high quality teas, rare teas, exotic teas and teas from around the world. Here, you will not find any instant hot and tea bags.

Learn how to draw cartoons!  Each session will feature a different animated, live action, or literary character.  Although this class is geared for kids, all ages are welcome to participate!
