The San Diego Futures Foundation is hosting FREE in-person classes for people of all skill levels.  

This month, come and learn:

Smartphone Basics / Smartphone básico

Each class includes breathing practices (pranayama), postures rooted in functional movement (asana), and relaxation (savasana). All movements and exercises aim to strengthen the body and mind. These classes are open to all ages, all levels.

 Let's get creative with Perler Beads! You can make keychains, coasters, necklaces, bracelets, or ornaments by creating any designs using little beads bonded together with heat.  It's easy, lots of fun, and even meditative.

Join us monthly for a screening of feature films that were adapted from books. Today we will be viewing The Sheltering Sky starring Debra Winger and John Malkovich.  We hope to see you there!

Hangout at the Paradise Hills Branch Library every Friday for "Movie Hangout."   Watch family friendly movies where you can lounge on cushioned mats.

During these workshops led by local nonprofit STITCHES, participants will be guided as they knit soap bags to donate to those in need!

Aryn Rannazzisi leads a gentle paced class combining breath work and postures (asanas) to promote strength, flexibility and balance. This all-level class will include inversions, back bends and sun salutations.
